Learning Our Live-Capture System
From the moment you join our team, you embark on a comprehensive training journey enriched with our copyrighted materials. Our in-depth, hands-on training begins immediately upon hiring. Under the guidance of our experienced trainers, you undergo practical, on-the-job instruction. As a trainee, you'll learn the fundamentals of bird identification and capture techniques. Furthermore, our training extends to mastering our service software, honing communication skills crucial for company interactions, understanding store dynamics, conducting thorough facility inspections, and executing nest removal procedures with precision. We equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for success in every aspect of your role.
