Applied

After you submit your application, our team will carefully review your resume and application to see if your skills and experience match the requirements of the position.
Etapa 2

1st Interview

If the initial screening goes well, you may be selected to participate in a video interview with the hiring team. We'll explore your relevant experience, problem-solving abilities, and how your skills align with the role.
Etapa 3

Hiring Assessment

Part of our hiring process involves completing a hiring assessment. We use hiring assessment to evaluate skills and knowledge in areas relevant to the role. The assessment will cover various aspects such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical abilities.

2nd Interview

Depending on the position, you may meet with senior managers or team members to gain different perspectives. This interview will focus on your technical skills and experience relevant to the role. 
Etapa 5

Final Interview - In-Person

The final interview is with our Leadership Team. We'll discuss your qualifications, experience, and how you would contribute to our company's success. This is your chance to discuss your long-term career goals and how they align with our company’s vision. This is an in-person interview with company paid travel to Christiansburg, VA. 
Etapa 6

Offer

Once we've completed the interviews, we'll carefully evaluate all the candidates and select the best fit for the position. If you're chosen, we'll extend a formal job offer with details like salary, benefits, and start date.
Etapa 7

Hired

Once you accept the offer, we'll guide you through the pre-onboarding process, which may involve participating in a background and drug screen and completing the necessary paperwork for payroll and benefits.
